What is the new normal?

It is much more than a phase; It is a paradigm shift.  

For the first time in history, we moved the vast majority of the jobs from the office to the home. Whilst this has been an option for many years, this is the first time it has thrust upon us, and the results are overwhelmingly positive.

The changes do not stop at working from home, as we are slowly observing this has a broader impact on our lives.

We cannot apply conventional logic to what we are witnessing. Every sector will have to evolve to embrace this change. 

As we can see below, there is a trend to bypass the middle man, originating from the lockdown, but it is here to stay. As long as manufacturers keep their flexibility and a newfound love for the end consumer, this will become the new way to do business.
